Kindness Hotel - Qixian - Kaohsiung

I recently stayed for three nights at a hotel that exceeded my expectations, perfect for my budget-friendly trip. The highlight was the generous buffet breakfast and dinner, offering a wide variety of good Asian dishes. I loved the 24-hour coffee and dessert bar, plus the complimentary ice cream was a real treat. With a self-service laundromat available round the clock, it was super convenient. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the hotel’s proximity to local metro stations for easy exploration.

I do recommend this hotel.

The Kindness Hotel-Qixian in Kaohsiung impressed us with its convenient location near MRT and train stations. The food was awesome, especially the ice cream station that was open all day. We also enjoyed the Magic show at night. The staff were polite and friendly, providing excellent service. The comfortable room, self laundry facility, and free bike rentals were additional highlights. the hotel offers high standards and great value for money.

Can't fault the hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to everywhere we needed to go, including the clinic we had to visit. the room was clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods, from Western to Asian cuisine. the free laundry facilities and Wi-Fi were definitely a plus.

The karaoke and casino areas were not in the hotel, and there were no facilities for those, unlike what we would have preferred.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We had access to many tourist spots and public transportation was super easy. the free DIY laundry service was amazing. It surely saved us a lot of time and effort. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel itself, which was super convenient. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was top-notch. We enjoyed a festive new year's breakfast with a wide variety of dishes.

The mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking. It was not that comfortable and we did not get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms have all the basic amenities you need, including a comfortable bed. The staff are very nice and attentive. The location is fantastic, with the subway station, clinic, and night market all just a stone's throw away. And the best part is that breakfast is included!

The hotel facilities were great - we particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and supper, as well as the free laundry machines located on level 1. The cleanliness of the room was also spot-on.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the subway station and the city's famous night market, which was an absolute delight to explore. to this, the hotel offered free bike rentals, which we took advantage of to explore the city further and enjoy the sea breeze. The breakfast buffet was mouth-watering, with a fabulous spread of dishes that catered to our tastes.

Though we had a great time, the noise levels in the hotel were quite high. The walls were thin, and we could hear people talking and moving around all the time.
